Yes! You may choose to have an additional number tag. It is free of charge!

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Unless otherwise stated on the website, the average turnaround time is 2 days.

Which means we mail out on 3rd day. This excludes the weekends.

Shipping time will depend on SingPost.

Returns / Replacements:
As all our pet tags are hand made and custom stamp, we are unable to refund an order.

If you notice a mistake after you placed an order, please notify us immediately.
